We have passed the two weeks until we leave mark. In exactly two weeks, we will be a few hours from landing in Ethiopia!
Passing the two week milestone has made me allow myself to start preparing a bit more. Last night Tony and I went to Target to fill up on little (TSA compliant) toiletries. We want to carry on our essentials, just in case.
This entire year seams surreal right now. We are flying to Africa to meet our daughter in two weeks! How did I get so lucky to live this life?
