special time with Grandma and Grandpa

Hello Weber blog followers. This is Korri posting from Arizona. So far, Sara has been able to update her blog from Ethiopia but I just wanted to update on what Megan and Emily have been up to with Grandma and Grandpa! Tony and Sara have been able to call and check in with the girls (and Sara's parents) more than once and they even got to hear Allison cooing and "talking" in the background when Tony and Sara were at the orphanage with Allison. As you can imagine, that was music to Grandma and Grandpa's ears. They had a lot of fun with that! Megan and Emily are doing great and enjoying their special time with Grandma and Grandpa. On Saturday, they headed to Sedona pulling the camper to spend some time with the Great Grandparents. They enjoyed the sound of heavy rain all night. They did rainy day activities like playing games and watching movies. They also went into Sedona to walk through the downtown shops with Great Grandma and even got to have some ice cream! On Sunday, it was back to the valley where Megan and Emily got to go swimming. Then they headed back to the house for dinner and bed. Monday morning was back to the normal routine of getting ready for school, having breakfast and heading out the door to go to school. Emily's teacher was there to meet her and the girls went off to school just fine! All is well in the Weber household thanks to the love and care of Grandma and Grandpa. So while Tony and Sara are making lasting memories with their new daughter in Ethiopia, Megan and Emily are making their own with two of the best Grandparents a girl could have!
