Back to coffee. This was taken in the same back room of the coffee shop where I took the picture of the green coffee beans. After the coffee is roasted, there were women who hand sorted the bean and pulled out any that didn't get roasted dark enough. Their care for details definitely comes through in the quality of the delicious coffee.
