23 Days of Ethiopia: Day 9

On our day trip, our main excursion was to the Blue Nile at the Portuguese bridge. Unfortunately they gorge was cloud filled, but we could still feel the vast size that rivals the Grand Canyon. The difference is that we were were the only visitors. The waterfall was flowing heavily as it is the start of the rainy season in Ethiopia right now. This picture was from a rock outcropping and Tony took it because of my fear of heights. It's a steep, far drop from where he was standing.

We saw so much at this stop, and I'll post more about it in the coming days.
